24 HOUR RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS

 

18 hours of required classes
    Agency law (AL)   Contract Law (CL)    Fair Housing (FH)    
Commissioner Standards (CS)     Real Estate Legal Issues (RELI)

Disclosure (DISC)
All classes are 3 credit hours. The additional 6 hours can be made up of any of the above categories (as long as you do not duplicate the same school reference number] general category or a combination thereof.  Designated & self-employed broker must attend a Broker Management Clinic class every two-years to satisfy the CS requirement.
