This class will impress upon licensees the huge responsibility involved in representing the buyer, the seller or both in

the sale of golf course properties.  The disclosure issues are many and often overlooked or not apparent.

Instructor: Patrick MacQueen, Lawyer;  MacQueen & Gottlieb, PLC; Graduated from Michigan State University with honors; Graduated number 1 in his law school at University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and was editor for the Law Review; He practices in the areas of real estate transactions including commercial real estate, litigation and estate planning matters. This class meets the quadrennial Ethics requirement for NAR

To acquaint REALTORS and agents with the influence the CODE of ETHICS has had on Real Estate license laws which to
this day protect Buyer(s) and Seller(s) of Real Property.

Instructor:  Nancy Sharp, LTG; Designated Broker, Sharp Homes Realty, Inc; full time REALTOR for nearly 27 years. Served as President of REALTORS Phoenix Assn. Board of Directors

in 2000 and President of Women's Council in 1993 and 2001. Nancy has been a true survivor in the downturn.  She generously shares her secrets for success with the students by bringing in

"real world" examples throughout the class.  In addition to working as a full time Broker/Owner

Nancy still finds time to give back to her community by serving on the Board of Directors

(and cooking monthly dinners) for the House of Refuge Homeless Shelter in Sunnyslope, and

has volunteered as a tutor in the Oasis Literacy Program in the Madison High Elementary School

for the last six (6) years.

            CREDIT ISSUES AND REPAIR OPTIONS   (FH)

This class teaches licensees the importance and implementation of the Federal Fair Lending laws; the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Fair Housing Act the prohibit discrimination in credit transactions, including transactions related

to residential real estate.

Instructor:  Alisa Glutz, Author of COLOR MY CREDIT is an extremely high producer with an extensive background in lending.  She has broad and detailed knowledge of multiple platform guidelines, protocol and procedures for a variety of investors.  She is able to determine appropriate structure and pricing in light of borrower type, industry, collateral and risk.  She has demonstrated a high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality an has excelled in customer retention and satisfaction.
